Return & Exchange Policy

Satisfaction Promise. Amanda Joy & Co. offers a money back promise on products returned within 30 days from the date of sale. Clothing must be returned in new, unwashed, unworn condition to be eligible for a refund. Products shipped directly to the customer by Amanda Joy & Co. must be returned to Amanda Joy & Co. and a refund will be issued to the customer by Amanda Joy & Co. . Products sold to a customer by a Stylist through a permissible retail outlet must be returned to the selling Stylist, and it shall be the responsibility of the Stylist to issue the refund to his/her customer. This product satisfaction promise does not apply to products damaged by abuse or misuse, and original and return shipping fees are not refundable.

 

Exchange Policy. Amanda Joy & Co. offers exchanges on products within 30 days from the date of sale. Products shipped directly to the customer by Amanda Joy & Co. must be returned to Amanda Joy & Co. and will be exchanged for desired item. A Return Authorization must be obtained by contacting Amanda Joy & Co. at wecare@modbod.com. The Customer is responsible for payment of the difference if the new item exceeds the price of the original item at the time an exchange is requested. Amanda Joy & Co. will issue a refund for the difference if the new item price is less than the price of the original item.  Products sold to a customer by a Stylist through a permissible retail outlet may be exchanged with the selling Stylist, and it shall be the responsibility and discretion of the Stylist to issue an exchange with his/her customer. Shipping charges may apply.

 

Defective Product. As part of the Satisfaction Promise, Amanda Joy & Co. will replace manufacturer defects that are reported within 30 days from the date of sale. Amanda Joy & Co. may ask for pictures or additional proof of defect before facilitating a replacement. In case of a mass product defect, Amanda Joy & Co. reserves the right to issue a recall or replacement solution that differs from the standard policy. This product satisfaction promise does not apply to products damaged by abuse or misuse, and original and return shipping fees are not refundable.
